The Center for Reproductive Health is contracted with most major insurance carriers, and we work closely with patients to verify their insurance benefits. However, it is important to note that insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment. We strongly encourage all patients to obtain a copy of their benefits in writing to avoid any surprises.

• Group Health Patients: You must obtain a referral from your primary care provider before your first visit. This will allow us to bill your insurance if infertility services are covered.
• Tricare Patients: A referral is required before setting up your initial consultation. While we are not contracted with Tricare, we will bill them as a courtesy, and in many cases, Tricare covers testing.
